The Heart Behind the Work

Real estate is the vehicle. But purpose is the reason.

Some of the people I love most in this world are on the autism spectrum. I have seen firsthand the strength, resilience, and challenges that families experience while navigating support systems, education, and daily life.

It can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain at times. And no family should have to walk that journey alone. That is why I built my real estate business with purpose — every home I help buy or sell becomes an opportunity to give back, to raise awareness, and to connect families with meaningful resources.

That's what Encircle Families represents. And that's why a portion of every home I sell goes to them — so other Arizona families don't have to walk that road alone.

It's about what a home does — how it shelters, stabilizes, and gives a family the foundation to build everything else on. Targeted support for families in the NICU and military families raising a child with disabilities — two of the most isolating experiences we can face.

Encircle Families is an Arizona nonprofit dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers raising children with disabilities. Through mentorship, advocacy, and community, they help families not just survive — but thrive. Programs include Parent-to-Parent mentoring, family coaching, leadership training, NICU support, military family support, and more.

How the Donation Works

After every transaction closes, I personally contribute a portion of my commission directly to Encircle Families on your behalf. There is no additional cost to you as a buyer or seller — the donation comes from my earnings, not your proceeds or your out-of-pocket expenses.

Encircle Families is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Yasmine's contribution may be tax-deductible for her as the donor; clients receive no tax benefit from her donation. The amount and timing of each contribution is determined by Yasmine and does not affect the terms of your real estate transaction.
